Head of Product Portfolio Management

Anforderungen

• Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering and/or commercial degree with solid experience in a technical environment
• Proven record as Senior Product Manager or similar position with a minimum of 10 years working experience
• At lest 5 years experience in a management function, used to manage and lead teams and taking over cross functional responsibility
• Profound background in telecommunication industry or cabling business
• Profound experience in managing projects with interdisciplinary and crossfunctional team members
• Strong customer oriented mind-set, used to collaborate on an international level
• Experience in an international market and company environment
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English

Aufgaben

• As Portfolio Manager you are the key expert for R&M's core products and platforms
• Responsibility to drive R&M key competence and to transfer market / technology trends into innovation and development projects
• Supports the initial stage of the evaluation of new business fields
• Forecasting, tracking of sales figures, monitoring and profitabilitys analysis
• Initialization of development projects, project controlling and monitoring, deviation management and on-time escalation
• Definition and support of market launch strategy and marketing material
• Interface and consultant to sales organization, support during key customer visits
• Promotion of core products and technologies during exhibitions and seminars
• Lead and coordination to Marketing Communication
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
