Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering. Additional commercial degree is seen as an important asset
- Proven record as Product Manager with at least 10 years working experience
- Background in telecommunication industry or cabling business
- Good knowledge of copper and/or fiber optic networks
- Strong customer oriented mind-set, used to collaborate on an international level
- Experience in an international market and company environment
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in german and English
Aufgaben
- Definition and collection of business intelligence data for assigned product range
- Verification of additional business potentials, mapping of customer and market needs into product requirements
- Compilation of entire marketing requirement documentation
- Takes project responsibility from a PM point of view. Works with cross-divisional teams to ensure that product meets requirements and stays within schedule
- Project controlling and monitoring, deviation management and on-time escalation
- Definition of market launch strategy and marketing material
- Responsibility for product lifecycle management of assigned product range
- Forcasting, tracking of sales figures, monitoring and profitability analysis
- Supports sales organization with demos, customer presentations, technical information and documentation, competitive positioning
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
