The personal value structure of the company founders shapes R&M’s philosophy and all principal strategic decisions. Martin and Peter Reichle have joined their father and founder of the company, Hans, in their efforts to uphold the entrenched company values of honesty, modesty and mutual respect as part of R&M’s corporate culture. Since its founding R&M has concentrated on cabling solutions - the solid base for all communication networks.
