Research & Development is of great significance at R&M. For over 40 years we have been bundling technological competence in high-frequency technology and fiber optics. We are actively involved in the drafting of many international standards and recognize trends early on. The close proxi-mity to our partners allows us to develop needs-led, inno-vative products. Continuity and Team-Spirit
R&M is an independent Swiss family business fully owned by the Reichle family. Since its founding in 1964 the com-pany has concentrated on passiv cabling solutions - the solid base for all communication networks. R&M is in the hands of the second generation, headed by Martin and Peter Reichle. Our decisions are not subject to short-term profit-based considerations; instead, we have our sights set on developing the company in the long term. It means that our customers always know where they stand.

Flexibility
Special tasks call for special solutions. In such cases we team up with our customers to develop customized products or special service packages. With our interna-tional organization we are big enough to be able to deliver this level of flexibility on site, wherever we are. Yet we are also small and dynamic enough to respond swiftly and unbureaucratically to our customers’ wishes.
