Continuity

R&M is an independent Swiss family business fully owned by the Reichle family. Since its founding in 1964 the company has concentrated on designing and manufacturing passive cabling solutions for communication networks (Layer 1). Since 1999, R&M has been in the hands of the second generation, headed by Martin and Peter Reichle. Our decisions are not subject to short-term profit-based considerations; instead, we have our sights set on developing the company in the long term. It means that our customers always know where they stand.
