Learning at R&M in Wetzikon (ZH) is about developing and using knowledge – in a targeted, challenging, sustainable and individual way. In addition, it is important to recognize and contribute strengths. This is what we at R&M understand the training of young talents to be all about.
We take account of the need for knowledge in a variety of ways. Our apprentices are comprehensively introduced to the company and to the network technology industry. They spend time in various departments during their training period.
Young talents can look forward to a varied apprenticeship with attractive working conditions. These include 6 weeks’ vacation, financial support with school material and laptop as well as performance-related bonuses.
At the head office in Wetzikon (ZH), R&M is training around 20 apprentices, currently in four fields of profession.
