On January 18, R&M, the globally active Swiss developer and provider of cabling systems for high-end, powerful network infrastructures, was honored for its exemplary corporate governance and contribution to the Zurich economic area, at a major event held at the city's Hallenstadion stadium with over 2000 attendees.
The event was expertly hosted by well-known Swiss presenter Nik Hartmann, who announced the 2018
Prix SVC winners throughout the evening, including a second place prize for R&M. Michel Riva, R&M’s CEO, proudly accepted the prize in front of the 2000 guests from the world of business, academia, politics, and culture. “I am extremely honored to accept this prize on behalf of all our highly committed employees. This prize is also an accolade for the company owners, Martin and Peter Reichle, who have successfully developed this second generation company with the same system of values upheld by the company’s founders in 1964.” First prize went to the Schibli group, a customer of R&M.
The Swiss Venture Club (SVC) awards the Prix SVC for the Zurich economic area every two years. Prior to the awards ceremony, the expert panel had selected six finalists, including R&M (Reichle & De-Massari AG), from around 100 companies based in Switzerland’s most significant economic region.
The Swiss Venture Club is an independent association that supports and promotes SMEs in Switzerland, and is the founder and organizer of the Prix SVC award. The Prix SVC honors exemplary SMEs that prove themselves through their innovative products and services, corporate culture, and high-quality employees and management teams, as well as their sustainable corporate success.
