R&M conducts its business on the basis of the exemplary ethical values of an independent family company.
We believe that this attitude is wholly in line with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and have focused on the GRI guidelines in the preparation of our CSR report. The structure of the Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2017/18 satisfies the GRI SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING STANDARDS 2016. R&M, therefore, discloses indicators, processes, and topics that are significant.
All objectives achieved; sustainability established on all relevant levels; new mission statement and values in place. This is the current status of corporate social responsibility at R&M. The CSR Report underlines that R&M is clearly meeting the global standards expected of a responsible enterprise.
Michel Riva, CEO
The importance of sustainability continues to grow in importance. It is part of the strategy of R&M. We take our entrepreneurial responsibility true and contribute to a future-proof world.
R&M has been committed to CSR reporting for ten years now. Economic, social, and ecological responsibility has always been a firm part of the corporate culture at independent family-run company R&M. Sustainability is very much in keeping with the underlying philosophy of the company owners. By issuing this CSR Report for the 2017 and 2018 fiscal years, R&M is providing the transparency its stakeholders need for the fifth time. The R&M CSR Report is compiled in line with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
