A new concept of outdoor termination box.
Friendly and safe installation.

A solution specially developed to meet FTTX Network needs. Due to the removable internal tray, the installation is done with ease, quickly, and safely. As Rio Box was built in two parts, housing and tray, the housing can be installed on pole or strand simultaneously with cable termination and splice fusion in tray reducing installation time. Maintenance is also simplified and safe because the installer can remove the tray from the housing and do maintenance on the ground level far from the electrical cables. This without removing the box of the pole or strand.

 

Rio Box is available for field installable connector (fast connector), hardened connector (pre-conn) SC/APC, or MPO IP9 Senko. The box is supplied with or without a fiber optic splitter.
