It is good to reconsider your position from time to time. Fresh insights can be used to describe the vision, purpose, and tasks of a company or organization in a needs-based manner.
In recent months, we carried out this unique process once again in our company. Following strategy meetings with managers and feedback from employee surveys, important, overarching statements were refined and, in some cases, rephrased.
Our company’s vision and mission have been aligned with current and future needs. This reflects the company’s 60 years of experience as well as its forward-looking message.
R&M solutions have always enabled secure and fast communication between people and organizations. That is our job, yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Unlimited communication – this is why we develop and sell products and solutions that are needed to build and operate unconditionally available network infrastructures.
Connectivity that matters
R&M is increasingly becoming a provider of integrated all-in-one solutions for communications network infrastructures. The digital era requires us to have a holistic understanding of infrastructures, from homes to mobile communication antennas. This includes data networks of all kinds, buildings of all sizes, production facilities, data centers, and applications.
«Connectivity that matters» continues to gain importance and is crucial for functioning communication and data transfer processes all over the world. Functioning communications networks are now part of basic needs, such as water or power. High bandwidths and reliable networks are a component of almost all processes, transactions, settlements, movements, etc. that take place on a daily basis in our world.
Sustainability has been at the core of our business ever since our company was founded. At all levels, we strive to act in the medium and long term in order to continuously develop our company with the common goal of developing and selling relevant communication infrastructures. We share this market with many other participants and advocate meaningful and sustainable coexistence – because together with other specialists, our vision can be realized faster and more successfully.
