Efficient management guarantees that R&M is successful on a global scale. At the head of the organization are the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

As an independent Swiss family business, R&M attaches great importance to powerful and efficient organizations. Owners, partners, and customers expect fast, competent, and target-oriented decisions from the management.

The management and organization structure forms the basis of sustainable corporate governance. It is implemented in the spirit of the founders and the current owners.

Five select managers with industry experience bear the responsibility for the international success of the R&M Group. They have their finger on the pulse of the markets, recognize trends, and translate them into new growth.

In the Annual Report, R&M publishes information on the development of the company and the achievements of its management.

Owners

Martin and Peter Reichle work closely with R&M’s Board of Directors and Executive Board and are involved in particular in strategic decisions and significant investments. They are regularly present at R&M’s international locations and business partners. Among other things, the owners regularly make themselves known to the international R&M workforce by means of video messages

Board of Directors

Reichle Holding AG, as an umbrella company of Reichle & De-Massari AG, appoints recognized experts to the Board of Directors. They have experience in the management of internationally operating industrial companies and bring technical, business, and financial expertise to the Board of Directors.

Thomas A. Ernst is Chairman of the Board of Directors, Adrian Bult (Vice-Chairman), Dr. Mark Macus, Dr. Carsten Liesener, and Susanne Seitz complete the committee as experienced experts in the Swiss industry.
