    1. Currently, only customers who have registered and been activated to use the webshop can order from the R&M Webshop. If you would like to use the webshop, you can register for the webshop quickly and easily.
  2. How can I register?
    1. You can easily and quickly register directly in the webshop. This only takes a few minutes, because all we need is your company name, the postal code, the city and the country in which your company is located, as well as a contact person with title, first name, last name, function and e-mail address – that’s it. Your registration will then be checked by us immediately and activated for you as soon as possible.
  3. How can I order?
    1. Our R&M Webshop works like an ordinary online store: You can simply add products from our range to your shopping cart, enter your billing and delivery address and submit your order. Furthermore, professional functions are available to you: You can upload order lists or use order templates that simplify and shorten tedious and recurring order processes. You can also manage and download all documents related to your orders and add additional users.
  4. Can I add more users to my company account?
    1. Yes, if you have the appropriate authorization, you can create as many user:s as you like and manage them on behalf of your company in our webshop. You can also set different permission levels and budget limits for each user.
  5. How can I be sure that R&M has received my order?
    1. Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email with a detailed summary of your purchases. Please make sure that the email address used for your order is correct, as all information about your order will be sent to this address.
  6. Can I change or cancel my order later on my own?
    1. To ensure that orders reach our customers as quickly as possible, they are processed immediately after receipt. For this reason, it is not possible to change or cancel orders via our webshop later on your own. You can contact us if you want to change or cancel an order.
  7. Is it possible to send my order to an address other than the billing address?
    1. Yes, orders will be shipped to the address stored in the delivery information, even if it is different from the billing address. You can also create and save several different shipping addresses and select the one you want during the checkout process.
  8. Which payment methods does the R&M Webshop accept?
    1. Payments are possible by invoice.

    1. You can check your orders in your account under “Documents”.

    1. Yes, product configurators are available in our webshop for some countries. There are products that you can configure with specially developed tools called configurators.
